A land trust is a wonderful tool but one in which you should never take shortcuts. The trust must be structured properly and your selection of a trustee is critical. Take your time and do your research. Good luck.

Well, again, the real question, who cares. Is the house a good deal or not. If it is, do your due deligence, or move on.
