Dividing Property Parcels
I have a property under contract that has a 110 space car park attached. If I wanted to split that off and sell it as a separate parcel of land, is there any reason why a city or county would oppose this? Obviously I need to speak with the city/county in question, but has anyone had any experience doing this? If so, what type of problems have you come accross.

You can go get the answer yourself by finding and talking to your BALD (bldg & land dept.) in your county or city.
The folk there can look this up and tell you quickly if it's further divisible...or not.
