How much should I expect to pay an attorney to overlook and set up my purchase offers? And then handle all legalities through completion.
This is my first RE attorney that I will hire,so I need a little bit of help..Thanks.
few hundred bucks excluding the title insurance which the attorney will do for you and earns a commission on (in Florida they earn 70% of the title premium)
Ask him how much he charges per hour. Ask if you can have 1/2 hour of consulting. Lawyers in my area (Utah) charge between $100 and $200 per hour.
Once you get it right, keep a copy and use it again.
ALSO you may want to use a realtor for your first offer. Heck, make a VERY lowball offer on something and a realtor will hold your hand through writing up the contract. If you get the property, great, if not, you've got a free education
(Disclaimer. Sorry Realtors....I know you hate it when people do that, but hopefully they'll be more educated in the future)

That sounds reasonable! Thanks for the post...
