Arms Length Transfer Ot Title In NY
Hi Everyone,
I want to transfer the title of a 2 family rental that is not my primary residence. It will be transferred from myself to a single member LLC with myself as president for asset protection.
Does anyone who knows NY real estate law know if.......
when executed does the bank get a copy or are they notified of the change in any way because if so it may trigger any due on sale clause?
