Land Trusts in California
Relatively new to the land trust deals, but would like to know more about using them in California RE deals.
Can someone let me know if its a legal means in California to use land trusts for RE deals?

I'm a Sacramento area newbie and yes the are legal. I am by no means an expert
but they would need to be state specific for CA, as well as the area of the state that you're from. I would suggest that you search articles on this site (top of page) for Land Trust info then make it more specific by consulting with members of a local investment group and/or consulting a RE attorney. To find RE group click on web links at the top of this page, scroll down to RE Inv Clubs and click on CA. This should help you get started....
