If you're convinced that just any old form will do, then go to an office supply store, they have cd's or packets that cost you about $20 with several different forms in them.
You'll find out that most people here are pretty free with advice, but not willing to share forms that they have spent money having an attorney draw up that's taylored to their investment strategies.
That's one of the "pay your own due's" things that go with this business.

Jeff 12002 is correct! you will have a rough time finding
any Investor to just hand you a copy of Their Trust Agreements. I have spent relentless hours & Atty fees having to draft these. if you look on the web, You will find you can have a Trust, Land or Living made for you at an www.Avg.of $500. to $1000.00 and up! You do not want to use just "any ol form"!
