Land Trust In Colorado
Does Colorado allow for land trusts? I am looking at a piece of property and want to make sure you can get it into a trust out there.

In Colorado, according to William Bronchick, a RE attorney in that state, there is no Land Trust Statute, but that should'nt prevent you from taking title that way as he supplies case law history in his Land Trust course that seems to support it ie: " A trust in Colorado may (and should) hold title to property in its own name, but must file a "Statement Of Authority" per Colorado revised Statutes Section 38-30-172
