Land Trust, 3 RealEstate Attorneys Stumped

I've spoken to three Missouri attorneys who are supposed to specialize in real estate. None of them had an idea what I was talking about.
Can anyone give me a lead to an information source? an attorney referral?
BTW, aren't the animated emoticons cool!!? I'm not set up for them, but still like them. cool smile

Why don't you go on line and look up as many properties as you can in your area. When you find properties in the name of a trust, write down the name of the trust and when the property changed hands. When you have five to ten, find the most recent of that group and actually pull whatever document is on record that establishes the existence of the trust (there should be something of that nature amongst the documents recorded so that title can be established in future searches). The name of the attorney you want to go to should be right on it.

Also, the lawyers website operated by Martindale Hubbell might help. It's www.lawyers.com.

    T%elar:

My Atty prepares and files LTs in all 50 States...
They can do the same for you to.

If you are currently working with 1 of the 3 Attys...

when you decide to close and transfer the Title into an LT...you can simply have the MO. ATTY to review your contract paperwork + Trust docs (you had prepared by a ATTY already familiar w/Trusts) .

Let me know if you' d like to use my ATTY s to do the same for your MO RE Deals!

    Best of SUCCESS!
