Land Subdivision
Not sure if this forum is the right place to ask this, but I'm going to try anyway..
Has anyone ever purchased a property, subdivided it and sold the pieces? Is it hard to subdivide and get it board of health approved? What's involved? How long does the process take?

Sure, this is basically done on every new subdivision.
Start by talking to a local Civil Engineering firm and they'll educate you as to the steps, work to be done, cost, time, etc.
Those guys always know their local scene in dealing with county, cities, etc. and their advice would be golden.
