Land Purchase
Can anyone share with me an Illinois real estate contract to purchase raw land that includes the "subject to" items, ie due diligence, feasibility study and any ideas about wording the structure to pay the seller for the land once the property is sold after improvement (5 unit strip mall )? Or is this best handled by an attorney?
I recommend you use a real estate attorney. When it comes to land deals, there is no boilerplate agreement that's adequate because it's so property and scenario specific.
