Land Locked Deal Help
I came across a land locked deal. It is a 3 acre retention pond with no public access. The pond is flanked by homes. Being land locked the deal is next to nothing. It is in a well to do area.
I was looking for any ideas on how to turn this into a profitable deal.
I had some crazy idea about buying one of the homes flanking the pond knocking it down and building a mcmansion house in the middle of the retention pond.
