Anyone know or know how to find out if I should use Land Installment or Contract for Deed in state of Colorado?

    Hey Chris,

    Try a title company,
    call your local REI Group
    Realtor
    Closing agent: (attorney or who does closing in your neck of the woods)

    Call one or all of these places and see. that is if you don't get a response from the board.
