There is a company in San Mateo or Redwood City that specializes doing doing this with w/ self-directed retirement accounts.
Well we are a Land investor ourselves but I was looking for a thread or community that could use our knowledge since thats what we specialize in.
Gotta be a tough time to be a land investor.
I havent seen any section here on this forum and I will suggest here to find better resource for posting all the requirements.
