L/O On Four Plexes-- How Does That Work?
I have seen on real estate sites, properties for sale with a L/O. How exactly does the L/O work with four plexes, in particular?
Can someone please walk me through this process?

Well you can do a General Lease opt of the whole complex to another landloard and then that person rents the units out. But You cant really lease option each individual unit.
