L/O In Oregon?
I have been investing for years but have never done a L/O deal.
I recently decided that I would offer one of my units on an L/O deal. That got me thinking about the different legal issues locally.
Does anyone here offer property on a L/O basis in OR. Do you find that you need to do anything special when compared to the standard lease agreement (ignore the option aspects as I can sort that)?
