Know Of Any Pre-Construction In South Jersey?
I am hoping to be a first time home buyer very soon. My plan is to find a preconstruction townhouse/condo and live in it until the community is finished then sell. The problem is I cannot find any pre-construction communities coming up in South Jersey that are in my price range of under or around 300K (condo/townhomes). If anyone knows of any in South Jersey I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
