Where are the properties and how much under are they actually. I do hear the banks do not offer a great deal anymore.

    Does he have the foreclosure document? And why did he wait so long. He must have been served to let him know the property was being foreclosed.

    Do not take offense, but if I need to pay again to subscribe for this forum I will do it, I cancelled my subscription because I was not using this forum, as you can see I am not here often so almost I do not come here.

    Did he break the forbearance agreement?
    Also, if Chase sent him a paya up greement that is current to today then I think you could possibly have his brother do a "subject to", pay up the agreement and then use the time to sell or for his brother to get his own mortgage.
