i actually went to http://www.mysmilies.com/ , when your browsing the smilies, on the right side of the screen, it'll say "code boxes on / off", turn them on and copy the url....then when you go to post, click on "load image from the web" and put the url of that smilie in and there you go..
one note, they give you the code with the <img src=" "> tags, take them off when pasting to this form.....
