Just Starting In Philadelphia.
Hey everyone. Philadelphia is one of the hottest markets right now. Houses in my area are going for 200% what they went for 2 years ago. I know alot of them have the potential to be very good flip deals. Some are abandoned or damaged.
This all seems a little daunting to me right now only because I haven't orchestrated a deal yet. If there's any one in Philly who's flipped, assigned or rehabbed, I'd appreciate any pointers. If you know any rehabbers, or if you'd like to recommend a title agent or if you just have some advice, I'd appreciate everything.
Down the road, I would like to be able to be in your position, offering advice to beginning investors. Hopefully with a little help, I can be in that postion in no time.
