Just Passed The Real Estate Test! Agents, I Have A Few Questions?

Well im only 19 and I just passsed the florida Real Estate Exam, actually passed it last monday. That makes me the youngest real estate agent currently in florida I think. I had a few quick questions to some agents that are investors as well!

First, Is there any agents around the new port richey, florida area that have a broker that encourages investing in properties?

Second, Is it possible to legally do a double closing were by you reselling the house to someone else after you are acting as an agent on behalf of the seller and they are aware you are duing so? (And no i didint really see anything in the real estate boooks stating anything about it)

Third, As an agent what method of investing particularly do you or agents do most of? for example, rehabbing, wholesaling, double closings if possible, lease options, etc.

Forth, Out of curiosity is there any commercial agents on this board that would have any advice for a new agent possible going in that direction if its more profitable? Possibly rehabbing commmercial projects, etc.

Fifth, Any advice from anyone is most welcome!!!

Thanks to anyone who answers,

SHANE M ROCHESTER

2: i think it's possible as long as the other person knows what you are doing, just be sure that everything is in writing.
