Just Curious

Just curious. From the time the first offer is made to the closing table, how long does the average wholesale deal take to complete? I'm sure this is influenced by the size or your buyers list, but I'm just looking for rough averages.

Does anyone find a change in business pacing/availability of deals during the holiday season?

Again, just curious =)

    Hi instyle,

    Welcome to TCI.

Dealing with Bank REO's requires cash money or the ability to get a loan.

    My question to you is:

    How is your credit score?
    Can you get a loan?
How do you know it's worth a lot of money?

    my credit is bad
I am looking for an international lender
    I have the appraisel paper.
The normal price for the unfished villa is $140.000, the bank is selling it now for
    $45.000.
And if I buy it and finish it, it's gonna appraised for $250.000. One thing I don't know how much it's gonna cost me to finish it!
Somebody can help me with a loan???

    Instyle,

You will need to look towards a hard moneylender or a private moneylender.
