JUmping In The Water
Recently divorced Dad in Dayton, Ohio just got approved for 100% financing up to $95K. I am looking for a rehab property that I can fix up and flip in a short period of time. I have been looking at Sheriff Sales and have 2 realtors looking for distressed properties for me. I have and keep reading my Carlton Sheets info, and Robert Allen material to know what to do when an opportunity comes by. I am using the county sites to get an idea of home values along with the homes sold list in the Sunday paper. What else should I be doing, or where else should I be looking? Any replies would help
Join your local RE club, look at this and other websites and read the articles. Mainly keep going! look for the property you want and make the deal happen without rushing into it.
It might help to define what type of CRE path you want to follow? Subject To? Rehab? WHolesale? etc.
