Judgement "Released"
Im starting out at this REI stuff but need to do a little credit cleaning first. About three years ago I had a "personal" business fail and one supplier filied a judgement against me before I filed for Bankruptcy. This supplier was included in the BK and the judgenment stats that is has been "released" not satisfied. And remains on my credit report. How do I go about getting this removed from my reports?
First of all dispute the bankruptcy with the three CRA's. Dispute based on wanting for the item to be verified. If they do verify the item wait another 3 months and dispute again. Alot of bankruptcys are being removed beacuse the county clerk in your state is simply overwhelmed. The have 30 days to verify the info or it must be removed from your credit file.
