Judgement Of Possession After Land Contract Forefeiture
The court found the defendant in default and said I have a right to possession, $4014.10 in damages, and eviction but, I can't evict him or have possession until 180 days and if he cures the breach he can stay! Could someone please explain this? Why does he get more time to tie up and make more money off the property?
