John T Reed Info

Can I get some feed back on John T Reed. His newsletter, books etc, he seems like a straight up investor that knows what he is talking about.

Is he also part of this forum? I am interested in his newsletter

    I have on several occasions just gone over the prop and done some of the small repairs you mentioned to get my loan to go through.

    If the deal is worth it, I would "risk" the improvements to avoid some of the appraisal issues. Not central AC though.

    California, Nevada, Florida was on the very deep areas hurting right now according to ABC news last night.

    $1000/day. That is going to hit the lenders very hard.

    What if you videotape the "settlement". If the video clearly shows that the seller was advised of all the details of the deal, and that the seller acknowledged his understanding, then your seller has no case if later claiming fraud, coercion, or lack of complete and full understanding.
