I have no knowledge of sub to should i but john lockes book now to learn or should i get some experience before i purchase this book that everyone seems to be delighted with. All opinions are welcome. Thanks

Welcome aboard. Sure contact a Realtor. They will tell you NO! Not possible, not practicle, immoral, illegal, they are sure of it.
WHY? Because it takes away their position in a otherwise improbable real estate transaction.
"Now, not all Realtors' are bad, there are a few good ones around the country." (anyone recognize that line?)
You know what, don't buy the book.:
"If you think you can, or think you can't you are right"
Gives the rest of us a chance to make some more deals....

Does his book give detail step by step information or just high level general information on Subject2?

so if you have a question about a step or process, call him. weeeeeeelllllll worth it. My first deal landed me 50k because of his book. buy it.
