John Locke's "Subject TO" manual!!??
Hi everyone!
First off I would like to say this website is an amazing testament to people helping people. I know through TCI, I will become successful.
Second, I have been interested in Subject to since I read Ron Legrand's subject to manual. I am thinking about buying John's, however, I know his book covers the presentation. "Show up, say 'this', and walk away with the deed!"
That's awesome, however does his manual cover how to get those motivated sellers calling you? Or once you have the deed, how to occupy for maximum profit? Basically does it give a complete road map of subject to deals, from beginning to end, or is it just the presentation??
Thank you so much, and if you see this John, your participation at TCI is going to qualify you for sainthood
could you contact me at hrash1@eckerd.com ? Need to ask you ...
NewToTheGame,
It seems we have talked through private message on this board before.
Again thank you for the kind words.
We have just instituted an e-mail address where you can e-mail John (LV) (our Research Guru) for research questions regarding where you are most likely to find motivated sellers in any given area.
Between this and our Subto web site to ask questions and get answers , 24/7 email with me one on one, plus my cell phone number I really cannot think of anything you would be lacking in learning about the Subject To method of investing.
Welcome on board this board, when you make the investment in my manual you have the Cash Now team behind you to help you succeed.
John $Cash$ Locke
The manual covers the way John gets people to call him. You have to remember that different markets will yield different results. It all depends on your market. Their is no sure fire way but to try things and test, test and then test some more. In other parts of the country a newspaper ad will bring in a ton of calls. Not here and I have tried it for three months. I am getting good responses from postcards, which is a way that John uses. Basically you want a couple of different poles in the water. Just make sure you track the results. That way you can tell if it is a waste of time.

What is the name of John Lockes book and how do I get a copy? How much is it? What exactly does it talk about? I am always up for finding good books that explain things good, is this book worth getting?
