John Locke's Manual

What is the difference between the training manual and the course? If I buy one or the other second hand, does that entitle me to sir John's contact info?

    arborlis,

I feel should answer your question from my perspective.

The manual comes with the course and always will. The manual will very shortly "not be a sold" as a stand alone item and will only be available with the investment in my course.

My reasoning is two fold in making this decision.

    1. You can call me on my cell if you need advice quickly or e-mail me when you want help with a deal or just questions you may have. Right now with either the manual or the course this is available.

I have just about reached a saturation point with old and new students so by eliminating the manual this will allow me to concentrate in helping current students plus students who purchase the course, which I find takes much less personal instruction because of the in depth information contained in the therein.

In all fairness to my students I feel that the two password protected web site discussion boards one for investors and one for bird dogs has helped immensely in utilizing more of my time with students who need advice.

On the Cash Now team member sites your will find some pro investors, answering questions to help, which helps me and this will continue to be available.

    2. I have found the course puts my students in a pro investor status almost immediately to where they are doing deals within weeks. Whereas with the manual students are still able to do deals, but with a longer learning curve, which I still will provide assistance either by cell or email.

This was not an easy decision on my part, however one that needed to be addressed.

Easy question on do you get my contact info the same as a student who purchased the manual or course that made the investment, to help defray my cell phone bill, pay for the on going costs involved in the web sites, plus personal meetings where I always pick up lunch or dinner and the rest of the costs involved.

I try to do as much as I can to help anyone who contacts me, whether they have any of my materials or not, but the ole cashman is now going to get very selective when it comes to adding the amount of new students.

    John,

I'll add a little more to the question,
I would say on the skills of REI im a 5 on a scale of 10. Much to still learn.

I have bought 7 homes using a different course over the past year. My first one is in the closing stages and should show a $13,000 profit by July 18th.

My problem with the other course is the "coaching" from the people is almost none. Becuase of your hard work and time on TCI it is influenced me into ording your program.

My goal is to go from 7 homes to 25 in the next year.

With somebody who has experience in the paperwork, in home meetings, etc.
    Which one would you recommend.
BTW is there a number or email I can reach you at? my email is **Please See My Profile**

    Thanks!

    andersoninvestment,

I like everyone on TCI has a profile area , in my profile there is a link to email me, I know this is working.

I believe the PM's are back up, but I am not sure, I will have to answer quite a few PM's that I was unable to, so if I missed anyone it was because of the new things Joel has been adding to make this a better site for investors.

The PMs are up and down still as Joel is still working on the site and adding features.

I'm sure he will let us all know when he is done with this phase.
