John Behle's Material

How is John's material? I see the Paper Game w/ 5-days of video training etc for $180+ on ebay. I'm really hesitante to spend that much money since I already understand the concept of discounting cashflows, etc from experiences in the equity/capital markets. I'm more interested avoiding major pitfalls, understanding the market for discounted notes, finding trustworthy brokers & counter-parties, and understanding my positions from a legal perspective.

Anyone have any feedback?

thanks

    thanks!

Saw a **Please See My Profile** site about this guy. Not sure if he recommended it or not, but you may want to check it out.

He's one of the big kuhunas in the discount paper industry. He's very reputable and very thorough in his teachings. Based on what you say and your background, this may not be the program for you.

There's book by George Coats entitled, "Smart Trust Deed Investment In California" which has been out of print for years. It is very close to what you're looking for. I know you're in a Mtg state but the book is a classic. It some times comes up for sale on ebay. It initially sold for about $25 (paperback). I bought a copy a couple years ago for $180. It's worth it.
