Did anyone out there have success with the basic John Beck "Free and Clear" System? I've ordered this and am a newbee to this system. I live in new england.
Well his system is all about tax leins. the tape is just ok. you have to pay attention to what he says because he seems very nervous on the tape. the other stuff on cd is in pdf format. so you need adobe reader wich is free to download. I have yet to purchase anything in tax leins because were i live too much compitition . you got people bidding higher then me and somtimes I just cant compete with them. but you have to check with your county wich should be on the cd for the contact info how you go about getting tax leins. good luck and another thing expect them to call you in like 2-6 months after recieving the package. they want you to buy there services. I didnt buy it i spoke to them on all my ideas of realestate and how i have this plan to follow up with this and that yadda yadda
oh and you pay 12 bucks for it to come 4 weeks in the mail :-o
