Joel...feature Idea!
There are a TON of posts that basically say I birddog here or I need a bird dog here,etc.
Could there be a page where you could put your member name and also the area you work in, and type of RE you work with.
I was thinking that this all would be stored in a database and the web site pages would start out with....are you a birddog or looking for one....next what area...select a state....then select a city or area, etc....then select a specialty area (rehab, wholesaling, rental, commercial, etc)
Just an idea
Sounds like a great ideal to me !
