Joel, Another Jail Bird On The Lose.
Below is the PM he sent me which is advertising and board hustling once you go to the site. I did some research on the his post and it seems as if he has gone from BRAND SPANKING NEWBIE to guru and use TCI to get his product out.

Hope someone can help.............Is there a standard contract that a Bird Dog can use to guarantee payment from an investor? How can I be sure that the investor will not by-pass me and deal directly with the seller I have located?
Thanks in advance!!

There is an example of an Indepent Contractor Agreement in the E-Book "Big Bucks Bird-Dogging" by John Cash Locke.
I suggest that you buy the e-book if you do not have it already. Very good information.
Good Luck!

I wouldn't be suprised if he has used some of John Locke's materials and "turned them into his own.".......and is now selling it.
