Is There Something Wrong With My Deal?
I found myself in a RE deal not too long ago. Time is ticking and the counting days are running low... I've done all of my part to satisfy the contract. The only thing that is missing is the lease agreements and deposits. This is seriously causing me grief. I've contacted the listing agent and the title company in order to make things run a little faster and smoother. I'm out of the preliminary titling and there is still no news of it's being. I don't get it... there are 4 tenants in the building... Could I lose anything from this?
