Is There Any Money In Pre-construction Now?
I am planning to invest in pre-construction market in florida, but am wondering how it will be by this year end, will i be able to make some money in appreciation by the time the house is completed?
Now 1 in every 3 persons are talking about it and that is making to think twice because of the huge speculation going in florida real estate especially.
Any ideas....
Supply and demand, looking at the numbers of people moving into Florida each month versus the number of people leaving, the demand is there. it depends on which area you are talking about as well in Florida. Southwest Florida is a pretty solid bet, in my opinion, for at least a couple more years but hey, no one knows the future (hence "spec"-ulation houses
