Is It Too Late?
Foreclosure notice in the paper www.today.My question is once the foreclosure is advertised is it too late to go to the owner and make him an offer.Brand new here and wanting to pick up my first property.By the way we're in NC. :-?
It's not too late. If you plan on doing a short sale on the property you need at least a couple of weeks to work with. If you're planning Sub-To or other, you can make magic with only a few days.
