Is is possible to find hard money funding in 48 hours? I mean hard money funding?
The client is looking for 2.5 mil in 48 hours and will give back 5 mil / 60 day loan.
This seem like a miracle, or do this happen often?
what is the value and type of the collateral? We have funded HARD MONEY loans in 2 days but not the norm.
I used an atty. There are DRE liason consultants out there that will do this too.
