Is Dwan Bent-Twyfords Package Legit?
I recently attended a real estate convention in NYC where there were over 60 guest speakers including donald trump. the forum that caught my attention was Dwan Bent-Twyfords real estate foreclosure package. shes popular for the quote turn $10 into $10,000, is anybody familiar w/ her Cd set collection and is it worth it ?
I have the Short Sell CDs and they are very good.

We had already gone through Ron LeGrand's, Bruce Norris's, Kris Kirschner's, and a local foreclosure expert named Ward Hanigan's training.
All of them put Dwan's course to shame. I really hope they re-record the CD's because they have no tie-in with the books. The books are very basic and provide little detail on what to do. And of course since we're here in California most of their procedures don't apply to us.
They have a no-refund policy if you open the CD's which I'm telling you now, they have much to be desired. Open them at your own risk.
There are much better courses out there, I recommend Bruce Norris's buying systems (buying in any phase of the market), negotiation, and bottom fishing (wholesaleing) courses and if you're in california then his foreclosure course as well.
Second I recommend Ron LeGrand's wholesale course. It's infinitely better than Dwan's.
I also recommend Kris Kirschner's wholesaleing and selling courses. He stresses systems to run the business and in my opinion he has the best selling houses system out there.
If you guys/gals wouldn't mind sharing the URL of Dwan Bent-Twyfords's short sale course, that would be great.

If you don't plan on going to Ron's bootcamps get the SDI version of his courses on ebay. Latest prices are $389 but they used to be $260 so you might want to wait a couple weeks to see if the cheaper versions come back.
I'm in the middle of the Ohio REIA conference right now. I just saw Jeff Kallers latest stuff. It looks pretty good to me. I bought Dwan and Sharon's stuff last year. Jeff's is far better.
