Is 11 Letters Too Many?

In Utah the person in default has three months to cure their arrears. I am wondering if 11 letters in that time period is too much? I will be mailing them out in one week intervals. All letters are different with hand written addresses and their name merged into the letters.
Thanks,
Brandon

If you can afford it go for it. If your target doesn't like your mail they can toss it. No?

My understanding is that most direct mail maketing takes 5 -7 times before it is effective. How many times you send a piece should be determined by your response rate. Of course, at some point you may determine your $$ are better spent elsewhere. Tracking is critical.

Good point, I guess I will just have to start and see what works best. I thought 11 letters sounded maybe a little overwhelming to the seller. I also know that follow up is important. They may be trying to sale their house or something and then at the last minute turn to me because I sent them a letter a week before the auction date. I am also going to try and mix these letters in with a few phone calls and maybe a post card here and there and on the good ones a good ol' door knockin.
    Thanks,
    Brandon
P.S. What font do you guys use in your letters? DO you try to make it look hand written with fancy fonts or do you just use Times New Romans?
