IRS Tax Liens
How would I go about finding if there is an IRS tax lien on a home? I recently ran into something fishy on a homeowners background and come to find out there was an IRS lien on the property. Any websites or numbers?
Does anybody have any ideas?
The County Recorders Office. IRS Liens are a matter of public record, and would be recorded there.
