IRA Facilitator

My husband and I are thinking of doing a self-directed IRA and have been communicating with Guidant. Only problem is that we're in WI and they're on the west coast. We don't feel comfortable dealing with someone that far away. Does anyone know of another company/service that offers the same type of service?
Thanks :-?

Try www.thetaxacademy.com. We're in process of changing an IRA invested in bonds at 3.5% to a 401K which will own an LLC, in which we will put our investment property (which we plan to hold for the long term for $1000/mo +cash flow). Talk to Ryan Gibson, paralegal, at 1-800-815-0301. We bought the training "IRA Recovery" at a Sage International conference a few years ago. These guys specialize in estate planning, and have a Robert Kiyosaki understanding of real estate. grin

Guident seemed fair in the flat fee structure, but I got some inconsistent info on what you can and can't do.
