There are two places, but they aren't in the forum area. The forums are ment to talk about stuff, NOT to solicit for business, market, etc. We get enough advertisements thrown at us already.
1. If you are trying to market for investors, put your lead in the Properties area.
2. If you need to look for investors, go to the Members area, and conduct a search.
