investors/partners needed
My name is Fred F. Falk. I have been a boat manager and marina manager in the past. I and looking for a few investor/partners to help me buy a few river/lake marinas, Any one interested in investing place email your interest. In order for people to work out successful business relationships, the partners must have an understanding of the investment intents. Investors need to know where the $ is going. I only say this to perhaps spark a little bit of trust amongst yourself and the people you do business with. Sounds like you have a GREAT idea, and indeed it is YOUR idea. Though teamwork is what will bring it to light.

The money will only be used for purchases only, maybe some additional slips and maybe addition of a snack bar or bigger, depending on ths size of the subject marinas.
