    Good to hear I'm not alone!!I live in Benton.I've been investing since March,kinda slow getting started,but thats O.K.,better safe than sorry.Its been a huge learning experiance.I've only got one investment property so far,but its making us money.Working daily to buy more,I found a great mortgage broker in Little Rock that has been a huge help,she can do about any kinda financing you might need.
