Investor Needed For Student Housing Project

I am looking for an investor for a student housing project ( new construction) that is 3 blocks from the university. Total investment is $450k.

    where
    how bid
    what schools
    what does an investor get for the cash
    total cost
    state of development.
    etc.

    Have you considered renting to them for 3 months? At least that way you have money coming in.

    have you looked at borrowing or using "transactional" funding. I did a post about this, and the only response as to rate was 3% seemed reasonable?
