Investor Is Willing To Give Me Money
Have someone who is willing to help me get started.
How is deal structured and how do I get him his money back asap.
ie
find property he puts up down payment I fix up and rent and re-finance?
How about asking them what they want? IF you are doing a joint venture then get it in writing and spell out the duties of each party and how the money is to be used, where it will come from and most importantly how it will be split at sale....
