Investor Friendly Builder
I interested in finding out if it common practice for builders to sell new homes to investors. Where might i find a bulider willing to work with me. I am in Atlanta,Ga.

Working with a lot a builders in Texas yes. I also know the Sales Associates with the national builders are told if an investor comes in not to play games just offer then the lowest price they have been ok to. That does not mean it will be a the numbers you need them to be at to make the money you want, but they will be at a discount.
The problem comes in is many will not let you assign them.
What builders will allow you to assign contracts? Anybody know?
