Investor/Contractor Agreement On Flipping
New to the site here. My little brother is a contractor and has been approached by investors in flipping. I suggested contacting an RE attorney to draw up an agreement on how much invested will get X return, risk, timelines and so forth. Upon gaining enough capital we will partner and continue in my market. Are there any industry standard agreements available or should an RE attorney be able to provide or compose one? Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Thank you very much Modesto. I reached a cousin of mine that has been flipping since 88 and he was able to provide some resources to get us going. I have doing lots of reading but no posting as I am new to REI but not to renovating. Very imformative site here. Thanks again.
