Investor Agreement form

does anybody have an investor agreement form that they like and use? i have the real estate and the lender lined up but i need a good, solid investor agreement form. thanks!!

    Even if you received a free investor agreement form, then you should always have a RE attorney review the document. You don't want to get sued for thousands of dollars because you couldn't spend $100 to have the paperwork looked over. My suggestion is to have an attorney draft up an agreement with terms that both you and the investor agree upon.

    Thanks ShortSalePro, I like reading your advice to other investors also. I think when he said an investor agreement he meant an agreement in which he partners with another investor, but I may be wrong.
