Investment Tax Credits
I represent an investor/owner of apartments (TX) with some ITCs that they'd like to sell for cash...what are the rules for applying these? who can qualify for such? who are my best prospects/purchasers?
You should post them on TCI Realty. The tab at the top. Just go into your personal page and click on My properties and then list them. I have gotten some good responses from here.
