Investment Stratagies For The Beginner
Hello All,
I'm new to REI and wanted to get opinions from REI's on which stratagies a beginner should consider. Since I only have a few (very few) thousand to invest right now Bird Dogging/joining a realestate club is at the top of my list. I know REI is not a get-rich-quick-overnight venture but while I bird dog and continue my REI education I'd like to do an occasional deal from time to time to build capital until I'm able to operate on my own without a partner. I'm not necessarily looking to make a LOT of money but I would like to make steady money. I'd like to focus on a stratagey best suited for a begginner. I know this is a VERY vague post so if ANY specifics of where I'm going with this come to mind then by all means please ask and I'll explain. This will really help me get my wheels spinning!
